Shipping & Returns


FREE SHIPPING / FLAT RATE PRICING

We are happy to offer free shipping on most orders within the contiguous U.S on orders $65 and more. Otherwise, you may choose Flat Rate shipping for $14.75. We are not responsible for lost shipments after tracking shows your shipment has been delivered to your address. We do not ship internationally and do not ship to addresses that are different from billing addresses of your payment method.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

While many orders are shipped within one to two business days, please be aware depending on how many orders we get at the same time, your order may be processed the next business day to around 2 weeks. This is because we produce products, place orders from our labs or directly from our authorized partners' distribution in small batches to ensure you get the freshest and most potent versions of your products. It's quality worth waiting for plus we offer 10% off products with our VIP SUBSCRIPTIONS to thank you for your loyalty and to schedule timely shipments so you are never out of your favorites. 

Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. We do not ship to PO Boxes. 

USPS

We use USPS to ship your packages to you. Some packages may take longer to arrive due to mailing delays. As of 2011, USPS does not operate on Sundays. USPS also recognizes federal holidays. The post office will hold packages in transit on a holiday. Occasionally, USPS experiences a backlog, especially around peak times such as Christmas. The backlog may cause packages to arrive after the estimated time. Weather delays may also play a factor. While USPS delivers in bad weather, severe weather and national disasters can prevent mail from reaching affected areas.

BACKORDERS & PRESELLS

For presell and out-of-stock items, we will ship your item out promptly when it comes in. 

RETURNS

We hope you will love your purchase but if you decide to change your mind, we will gladly accept returns on most unused, unopened items in sellable condition up to 30 days from the date of the original receipt. We do not accept returns beyond this time period. Since we guarantee the purity and authenticity of all products we sell, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. Any discounted, limited edition items or discontinued lines are considered final sales.

If you need to return an unopened item to us, simply send us a request about the item you'd like to return to hello@alaricarwen.com. Since we always strive to meet your needs, please provide a reason for your return so we may improve to serve you better. Once your request is approved, we suggest shipping your item insured and packaged securely as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive the product, we will promptly issue a credit to the original credit card used for purchase. Unless the return was because of our error, shipping costs are not refunded.

ITEMS THAT ARE CONSIDERED HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

The U.S. Department of Transportation requires items considered Hazardous Materials to be shipped by Ground-only transport. For these shipments, please choose USPS Ground in the Shipping Menu during Checkout.
